yeah, no way that those two should have won *shakes one's head*

im a lover for originals, they say that sequels arent as good as the originals. I agree with whoever came up with that theory.

i really hope there isnt a third series though.

i want a 3rd series but i gotta admit, i liked both 4 various reasons but season 1 had more hotties so im going season 1

i think its dragging on a bit... some of the story lines r just so unoriginal!!

iv just relised something, in the first series Joe is supposed to be in year 10 right? 15years old. How did he get his P plates??? I really cant believe that its taken me this long to see that!!

evil_step_sister - January 20, 2007 12:00 PM (GMT)
i dunno maybe he skipped a grade?

but i thought the age limit for bwh contestants is 15... a bit of a plot hole there i reckon... plus there is still the debate of when u can get ur Ps, i know its 17 in WA, 16 and half other states is it..?

I absolutely enjoyed season 1. I told myself "it's one of the best series I've ever seen". It is well produced, looks great and has a great moral charge.

I look to the cast in season 2 and doesn't have the same feeling: in season 1 everyone look cool, and each one had a unique personality.

I can't agree with you more. Iv watched the second series many times (I love my BWH dvds...) but the first series rocks my socks.

I think that the second series focuses a lot on the relationships too much, way more than the first series. Im not saying its a bad thing, but in the first series Simmo wanted relationships banned, then in the second series he couldnt care less??? That was weird.

Armicuero - May 19, 2007 06:03 PM (GMT)
Well, at the end of "Episode 23 Behind the Scenes", Simmo realises that it's impossible to ban couples because of the failure of his "0 time = 0 relationship". He changed his mind at the end of the episode, just as Jilly and Deb expected.

I like series 1 too. It's another feeling... don't know how to describe it. You can tell watching the cast: as a man, i have to admit that the series 1 guys are more distinguished that series 2 guys. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah i know that, but remember how distracted Brooke became with Mike? Its like Simmo was completely oblivious to it, it doesnt make sense to me...

Armicuero - May 20, 2007 07:04 AM (GMT)
I don't see it as contradictory. What changed in Simmo's mind is that he can't forbid or ban relationships because (as Jilly said) it would only increase temptation. It's completlely different to talk directly to the person and make him/her realiase to pospose a relationship until they reach their goal.

Maybe he didn't notice that Brooke's lack of improovement was because of her thoughs about Mike. It's obvious that he is not good realising about love between teens, jejejeje

Got that one right!! I remember how Deb saw how obvious it was and yet Simmo had to have it shoved in his face before he beleived her!

Worthy - August 15, 2008 10:54 AM (GMT)

Three words:
Buy the DVDs.

Seriously, they are awesome! You wont regret buying them if you are a true BWH fan.

bwh-fan - August 15, 2008 11:20 AM (GMT)
They're not at any DVD shop where I live.

So what? I travelled two hours for mine! And that was to order them lol! I had to go back up after a month to go fetch them! Another two hours (just to get to the place!) and another two hour trip back home.
