Many of you like brown hindu have had a problem editing wikipedia. hopefully we can solve this situation.
Username First, get a user name! This is very important. You can barely edit a controversial article without one. If you have been banned from editing wikipedia, use a proxy, then register your username. Always you the proxy after you have established your new identity.
Manners Always be nice. Don't get into heated arguments. that just leads to trouble. brown hindu started calling some dude a racist and he got into all sorts of trouble. Always keep you cool. Make sure you are not just writing blind propaganda. have references and citation noted on the article that you are editing. be prepared to discuss your edits on the talk page of the article. Remember, don't lose your cool when debating!
Voting on stuff Also, some things require consensus or voting. Ask your trusted friends with usernames to help the vote swing in your favor. Do not ask for vote on wiki user talk pages. they can check if you do. do it through email or some other third party means.

Pasting external Links Do not link spam. First, it's useless. Second, it's just plain vandalism. They ban you for it. When adding an external link, reputable news sites are more welcome.
