It would be impossible to pronounce it correctly given only the information presented on the map, considering that it is missing a few letters. It says "Hofueborgarsvaei", which is utter nonsense. The correct spelling is "Höfuðborgarsvæðið", which really only means "somewhere near the capital city".
I could write up a phonetic approximation for you, but that wouldn't help you one bit since you wouldn't know how to read it.
