I've been on a diet since May 7th, and at first, I was doing a great job. I started a journal to record progress, and I exercised and ate only good stuff, and a smaller amount of it. Why was I doing it all?
So I could make a sign to take to a Clay concert that said 'I lost ___pounds to sing with Clay'. And at first, that really worked. But now I've lost alot of interest in Clay, because I'm obsessed with Anthony at the time.
I've lost all will to lose weight, and I'm eating alot more than I should be. I need help. Anyone have advice for me?
