LINKUp next is Ace Young who has chosen Drops of Jupiter by Train. I love this song so I'm excited for this one.
Ace looks great tonight and I think performance wise, he does well every week. Vocally though, I think he's done better in the past. Tonight's song was nice, but I think Ace is a heck of a lot better than nice. I thought he could have added a lot difficulty to the song and the whole thing just left me wanting more.
One thing I've noticed about Ace every week is that he still gets really nervous performing. I think being nervous is a good thing because it shows that you care about your performance and how people will react to it. Ace deals with his nervousness very well (unlike say, Kellie) and the only reason I can still tell it's affecting him is because his hands were shaking big time at the end of the song.
Randy tells Ace the song was wrong and he didn't sing it well. Paula says this was not a good song but that he did a good job. Simon says tonight is a chance for the contestants to prove they belong in today's music business and that Ace's performance was not a great vocal. He also says it was quite karaoke and that it was only okay.

So that completes the night! And I must say, it was not a very good one. I don't think anyone had a personal best. In fact, a lot of people did their worst yet.
I was trying to pick three people for who I think SHOULD be in the bottom three and I honestly couldn't. I think it's easier to pick who shouldn't be there. And I think only Elliott and Katharine apply. And maybe Taylor. The other seven though were all uninspiring and not good enough for this stage of the competition.
As far as for who WILL be in the bottom three, I'm going to pick Lisa, Bucky and Ace. I thought Ace's performance was great but I thought his vocals were weak. I still think he can be so much better than he is showing us. I think tomorrow night's elimination will come down to Lisa and Bucky and I'm not really sure who will be going. Bucky is definitely the worst singer of the remaining 10 but we all know that means nothing. But, Lisa without question chose the worst song of the night. It's really a toss up but I'm going to choose Bucky as the next to be eliminated.
