Ace (in the hole ) Young.:
If there ever was a shoe-in to the tantalizing 12, it is Ace. Let’s hope he doesn’t pull a Mario. He is so likable and the girls …well you know. Aside from the girls though he has a very likable side from the guys as well. It’s like “Yeah, that’s how I would like to be.” He’s cool and always reserved and the girls….well you know the girls. Did I mention the guy can sing. I love his voice and he too is one I can’t wait to hear sing. Ace is 25, is loved by everyone including the odds makers who generally pick Ace to win still giving odds of 7/2 to 11/2. I don’t think at this point I could disagree at all. It could very well be Ace’s AI5 to lose. I think America would like to have another guy winner. There has only been one. With a name, face, and a voice like Ace, well he would have to set a puppy on fire to not make it.

As it stands now here’s the way the Idolhead sees it. I will have give you a top 5 in no particular order except for the winner.

I still like Katharine McPhee to win. After her

Chris, unless he ends up being this year’s shocking elimination.

I can hear it now but don’t bother telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’ll already admit that. But I don’t think too many of you can honestly disagree. You may be wondering about the other teen powerhouse Lisa. I just don’t think she will be able to hang in there. Star Search will have helped her but I don’t think she has all the goods.

As for Taylor fans, I just don’t think the rest of America will get into his style as much as you may hope.

I also don’t think Kellie (Pick Me) Pickler will make it much further than 6th. Carrie was Pop Country. Kellie is spot on Country. I don't think she'll win the competiton but she will win the love of the country in the process.
