Up next is hottie Ace Young. I've been so impressed with all the performances he has given so far. I just wish we would have saw more from him throughout Hollywood. We do quickly see a clip of his last a cappella performance and I think this guy has star written all over him. In some ways he reminds me of Constantine except Ace is much better looking and he has a much better voice. I can see him having that sort of an impact though.

The judges are not shown giving Ace any comments, they just tell him that he is on to the next round which of course, makes me very happy. Paula is shown fanning herself as Ace leaves the room and I can totally understand why.

I still think it's too early to predict the top 12 because there are so many people we haven't heard from at all yet. And even though I do think lack of air time can sometimes play a factor, there have been top 12 finalists who got little to no air time before the semi-finals and had no problem making the top 12 (Kelly Clarkson, LaToya London, Jessica Sierra, and Bo Bice to name a few).

I will however say that my favorites so far are Katharine McPhee, Lisa Tucker, Mandisa, and Ayla Brown for the girls and Ace Young, David Radford, Chris Daugherty and Patrick Hall for the men.
