The Top 10 - Songs from the year they were born.

Ramiele - "Alone" - She was pitchy at the start of the song at least and it was pretty good but it just wasn't quite there. Something was a bit off. IDK She didn't look the part for this song maybe. Paula said she was sick; maybe that helps explain it but I just didn't like this song on her. She is very vulnerable for elimination.

Jason - "Fragile" - it was typical Jason - not exciting but very listenable. This was a performance I would buy for an mp3 player. That said, I don't think he is a sure thing to stay but I hope he does.

Syesha - "If I Were Your Woman" This was a very powerful and heartfelt performance. Very good. But I still wouldn't feel comfortable if I were her.

Chikezie - "If Only For One Night" - he was a bit off at the start but then it was very nice and smooth. He is , however, high on my list of possible bootees.

Brooke - "Every Breath You Take" - She stutter-started the song, and only got away with it because she was accompanying herself on the piano. It was pretty, not exciting, but I liked it.

Michael - "We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions" - Once again, the song choice showed us how limited his range is. But - it was good anyway. Best he has done in a while.

Carly - "Total Eclipse of The Heart" - It was good but she had some vocal gaffes - in the strong, high part and then again at the ending, which was worse. Her fans should come out in droves this week to save her after her bottom 3 appearance last week.

David A - "You're The Voice" - It was a good vocal and his performance was good as well - lots of passion for the message in the song. I do not agree with Simon - I believe David DID choose this song himself as this is the type of song that would appeal to him (he likes songs that have a positive message).

Kristi - "God Bless The USA" - Best I've heard her. It wasn't great - she had pitch problems but it was enjoyable and had a great ending. Maybe since she did well, the fans will get complacent, and she will exit 2 weeks late.

David C - "Bille Jean" - WOW! I didn't hear them say beforehand what he would be singing and it took me a bit to figure it out. He totally rearranged this song - and it was GREAT. He is a true musician. It was amazing. And his vocals were the best I can recall thus far from him. They really did save the best for last.

Excuse me about Michael??? I think he is very good and has a nice sounding Soul/Rock voice.

I like David C, but he did not arrange that. He sang the Chris Cornell version. Here is a link to the youtube of Chris' version. Granted Chris' is a slower but you can tell that David didn't arrange it.
