Another "meh" night. Not much to get excited about.

Carly Smithson - "Crazy On You" - really good other than she sounded hoarse at the end. I have had trouble warming up to her but tonight was good.

Syesha Mercado - "Me and "Mr." Jones" - I love "Me and Mrs. Jones" but I admit to being distracted by whether she was saying "Mr." or "mrs.". In the earlier parts of the song, she was missing notes although she got better at the middle and finished strong. Not the good impression she had last week.

Brooke White - "You're So Vain" - perfect choice of song for her. I like Brooke a lot. Although she is not the best vocalist at all, I prefer to listen to her over most of the others.

Ramiele Malubay - "Don't Leave Me This Way" - this song did nothing for her. She sang very well but it was not interesting.

Kristy Lee Cook - "You're No Good" - I thought this was very good.

Amanda Overmyer -"Wayward Son" - This was just BAD. I like Amanda, but this song choice showed that she can only growl and yell - she cannot sing. She w as painfully out of tune. Worst by a mile.

Alaina Whitaker - "Hopelessly Devoted To You" - good performance until the big note, which she didn't quite hit.

Alexandrea Lushington - "If You Leave Me Now" - not a good song choice, very boring. Her vocals were fine but the song just seemed to drag on and on.

Kady Malloy - "Magic Man" - She has a nice tone and she showed better personality than last week.

Asia'H Epperson - "All By Myself" - The low notes at the beginning were not very good. Wrong song for her - she needs one that fits her smoky voice. I felt this was an uneven performance since the last section was very good with the exception of one missed big note.

So when is this show going to show us the best group ever?
