Quite a few years in a row I heard! I wonder if college life there has anything to do with it? Although there's about 20 colleges right here in Pittsburgh and none of them even RANK as drunkest colleges, and we arent listed as a drunk city! We just party on the DL here in the Steel City ;)
Must be all of that lack of oxygen that gets to them up there in Mile High land.

From what I understand MOST of the colleges throw quite the shin-digs.
