After the American Idol tour ends in September, what will become of the wannabes?

A look at what lies ahead for the 10 touring finalists and a best guess for each regarding stardom:


Ace Young

• The latest: Ace is a nice guy who has been entertaining kids at the Children’s Hospital of Denver since 1999. He performs regularly at Denver’s Pepsi Center and has appeared as an actor on the UPN comedy Half & Half. He was named one of People magazine’s "hottest bachelors" in the spring. No news of a record deal yet.


• Idol or idle? The dude’s handsome. Maybe he can be idol as an actor.

I would love to see Ace in a movie or on TV - or in a magazine ad. I hope he adds one or more of these things to his schedule along with his music.
