ABSOLUTELY AWESOME TIME!!!

My 2 friends and I got to the venue early and did some asking around to find out where the buses come in. We ran into a nice Bucky fan who gave us some advice on how to attempt to score meet and greet passes. My friend had a fan book for Chris that she had spent the past 4 months working on. It included letters from Chris fans across the country as well articles from magazines and the like. She wanted to give it to him personally and the woman who was in charge of the meet and greet was kind enough to give us passes to it. She is an awesome person. She even looked through the book that my friend had put together and was amazed by the time and energy she had spent on it.

Kellie was sweet. Bucky was such a sweetheart, too. I told him that soon I am going to be a southern girl and he asked me where I was moving to. I told him I was moving to Charlotte, NC in two weeks and Kellie jumped into the conversation, saying that it was only about an hour from where they are from and that there is a great mall down there in South Park. I told her, yeah, that is a great mall. I've been there already. We laughed and she said that they had great shoes there. Mandisa was listening to the conversation and took the Poptarts box that was in front of her and wrote "Why are u moving?" on it. She wasn't speaking at all so she could save her voice for the show. Paris and Lisa barely spoke as well. Then it was on to Chris. He has some intoxicating eyes, by the way. I said hello and then asked him how he was adjusting to all the fame since the show. He said that he was doing very well with it all. I congratulated him on record deal. He thanked me and then I told him that I cannot wait for his album to come out. I definitely will be buying it. He thanked me again and shook my hand. Elliot was next, but I really just took a pic of him, said hello, and kept on going. I didn't have anything to say to him. Besides, Ace was next!! I'll skip over him though, for now. After Ace was Taylor. He was very quiet, barely talking at all. I said hi to him, took a pic and congratulated him on winning. He said thank you and that was it. So now we get to the best part ever!

ACE YOUNG.....Let me tell y'all this...Pictures do NOT do this man justice. He is even more gorgeous in person. His eyes, oh, you could so get lost in them and never want to leave. We chatted for about 5 minutes. The convo went down like this...

Me: "Hi!"
Ace (smiling from ear to ear): "Hi. How are you?"
Me: "I'm really good, thanks. How are you?"
Ace (still smiling): "Great."
Me: "I just want to tell you that the night you came out and performed Father Figure, that was it. You had captured the spot as my #1 Idol."
Ace: "Aww, thanks. So you liked that?"
Me: "Yes I did." :shower:
Ace: "Then you're really going to love the show tonight."
Me (leaning across the table to get closer to him, and showing some cleavage in the process... WHOOPS! :whistle: ): "Really...I bet I will." Ace smiled and laughed.
Me: "I can't wait for your album to come out. It's going to be great. I'll be buying it the first day it goes on sale."
Ace: "Thanks. I've got half of it recorded already."
Me: "Awesome. I can't wait to hear it. And I'll definitely be seeing you on tour."
Ace (smiling): "Thanks." He shook my hand.
Me : "You and Chris are the only reason I am here tonight. You guys are amazing." **Afterthought: Not really a smart thing to say when Elliot and Taylor are on either side of Ace** :doh:
Ace (still smiling): "Thank you."
Me (leaning across the table and touching the brim of the Yankees cap he was wearing): "I really love your hat choice today." B) Ace smiled and laughed.
Ace: "So, where are you sitting for the show tonight?" :o
Me: "Well, I'm not really sure because my friend is in a wheelchair and we have to get our seats moved, but we are supposed to be all the way in the back."
Ace: "Well, enjoy the show."
Me: "Thanks. I'm sure I will. Bye."
Ace: "Bye"

And that completes my encounter with Ace. :heartbeat: I so love that man even more now. :hot4:

As for the show itself, we got into the 5th row! I have some amazing pics! Especially of the man himself. He has got the most gorgeous eyes and the best smile.
